REFUND, EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY
 

Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible. If there is a delay in shipping from Australia Post they will be able to assist you with this by contacting them directly.

This Shipping policy forms part of the Bakers Road Entertainment website terms and conditions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed as standard or priority. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction.

Important: If you are not at the address supplied when Australia Post attempts delivery it is your responsibility to organise the pickup or redelivery of your order within seven days. For information on your delivery always check the tracking information provided and if you have any questions please contact info@bakersroad.net

WHEN WE SHIP

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 5pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the next business same day.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Orders received before 5pm each day will ship the next business day. We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.  Please note that COVID-19 may impact on delivery times as advised by Australia Post.

Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take extra time to deliver.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Best to use a work address so you get it quickly. PO Boxes are accepted.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are determined by the Consumer Affairs laws of the State of Victoria. We will not offer a refund if:


- the purchaser changed their mind

- the purchaser did’t like the movie (digital or DVD or Blu-Ray) or the movie soundtrack (digital or CD)

- seeing it cheaper online or in other stores.

 

The Victorian Fair Trading Act and Consumer Affairs Victoria advise that an item can be returned if:

 

- the item is faulty 

- the item is unsafe

 

It cannot be returned if:

 

- the purchaser changed their mind

- is available cheaper somewhere else 

- the purchaser ordered the wrong product

- is damaged, scratched or worn by use after opening.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

Items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Damage occurring en route is highly unlikely however should this occur please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all of the original packing material and we’ll provide you with instructions. We’ll investigate the fault or damage immediately.

The views, opinions, depictions, insinuations, representations and otherwise in each movie in the Bakers Road Entertainment catalogue do not represent, implied or otherwise, the views of Bakers Road Entertainment.
